From the moment the base is prepared, our team handles every aspect of the internal build—professional installation of wiring, plumbing, insulation upgrades, kitchens, bathrooms, partition walls, flooring, and all fixtures and finishes. We coordinate every trade to ensure consistent quality and a smooth, efficient build process. With our turn-key finish, you enjoy a beautifully completed modular home designed for comfort, style, and modern living—without the stress of managing multiple contractors or timelines. This option is available for those living in Tipperary, Waterford and Kilkenny.
EXTERIOR SHELL PACKAGE
For those who prefer to manage the internal build with their own contractor, our exterior shell package provides a strong, weather-tight foundation for your project. Each unit includes high-performance composite panel insulation, premium doors and windows, roofing, gutters, and downpipes—all engineered for long-lasting structural integrity. We supply the complete outer frame, while your builder carries out the internal fit-out, including wiring, plumbing, bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, and all finishing details. Units must be installed on a level, square, rebated concrete base. With side wall heights of 2.3m rising to 2.9m at the apex, the design delivers generous interior space ready to be transformed to your specifications.
