We supply and install steel garages, modular homes, and bespoke  spaces exclusively in Kilkenny, Waterford, Cork, Limerick, and Tipperary.

Do I need a concrete base for my steel structure?

Yes. All units must be installed on a level, rebated concrete base to ensure proper alignment, stability, and long-term durability.

Can BespokeModular.ie prepare the concrete base for me?

Subject to an Eircode review, we can complete the base works for your project.

What colour options are available?

Accepted Answer

We offer a wide range of colours to help your new structure blend beautifully with its surroundings. Available colours include:
Olive Green, Goosewing Grey, Anthracite Grey, Van Dyke Brown, Moorland Green, Woodgrain, and Mushroom.

How long does installation take once my unit is ordered?

Installation times vary depending on the size and complexity of the structure. Most standard units can be installed in 1–3 days,  while larger bespoke builds or modular homes will take longer. We will  provide an estimated timeline once your design is finalised.

Do I need planning permission for a bespoke space or modular home?

Accepted Answer

The “25 sqm rule” still exists in Ireland, but it’s not as simple as “you can build one 25 sqm building”.
Planning requirements depend on the size, location, and intended use of  your building. We can offer general guidance, but you should check with  your local county council to confirm whether planning is required. 
If you already have a 15 sqm shed → you can only add 10 sqm more without permission
If total exceeds 25 sqm → planning permission is required
