You need to provide a flat, level base (we can also quote for this) and arrange for electricity, water and waste connections to be brought to the base. These services are not included.

Our display yard is open Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday but if these days do not suit you please phone us and we can arrange an appointment on another day.

For our modular homes, we generally supply any location within two hours from Clonmel, but do share your Eircode with us and we will review.

Yes. All garages and garden rooms must be installed on a level, rebated concrete base to ensure proper alignment, stability, and long-term durability. Our modular homes must sit on a level concrete base.

Subject to an Eircode review, we can complete the base works for your project.

We offer a wide range of colours to help your new structure blend beautifully with its surroundings. Available colours include:Olive Green, Goosewing Grey, Anthracite Grey, Van Dyke Brown, Moorland Green, Woodgrain, and Mushroom. Please note some colours cost extra.

Installation times vary depending on the size and complexity of the structure. Most standard units can be installed in 1–3 days, while larger bespoke builds or modular homes can take a little longer. We will provide an estimated timeline once your design is finalised.

Modular homes and structures intended for human habitation should be discussed with the relevant planning authority.
