Installation times vary depending on the size and complexity of the structure. Most standard units can be installed in 1–3 days, while larger bespoke builds or modular homes will take longer. We will provide an estimated timeline once your design is finalised.

The “25 sqm rule” still exists in Ireland, but it’s not as simple as “you can build one 25 sqm building”. Planning requirements depend on the size, location, and intended use of your building. We can offer general guidance, but you should check with your local county council to confirm whether planning is required. If you already have a 15 sqm shed → you can only add 10 sqm more without permission If total exceeds 25 sqm → planning permission is required
